The Access Manager gives complete web based management to one or all of your ACTAtek units.
You can gather information from any location, at any time, just by logging onto the browser via the web. Adding/Editing users becomes an easy process along with managing access groups/ Departments, open door times and creating reports.
Departments are used to create groups to give access rights to.
Every enrolled user becomes a part of a department. You can choose what to name your departments and describe them within the software.
Groups & Access Rights
This area allows you to create groups and control the access rights of each group.
Groups are put within departments. Each user in the ACTAtek can be associated with one or more access groups. An access group defines the times and days that a group of users may access specific areas.
Triggers & Holidays
Holiday Setup is used to create different access rights based on whether the holiday is marked or not.
This allows you to force certain event types based on terminals or times. For instance you can trigger one ACTAtek terminal to be used to only clock IN from 9-12am and only clock OUT from 12:01-5pm.
Door & Bell Schedule
This is where you create door schedules based on days and times.
You can determine what days and at what times that a door is not locked for free ingress.
Viewing Event Logs are found on the page.
You can view log-in’s or out’s by either choosing to see the events of a specific user, day, department or terminal.
With complete ease in mind using Access Manger creates completes organization of each terminal.
With the terminal page, each ACTAtek connected together can be easily seen on one page with its serial number, firmware, URL link and current enrollment status.
Adding user ID’s and names are easily completed within Access Manger.
Users can be added in one at a time or imported from a spread sheet on this page. Data becomes effortlessly imported when adding multiple users.
The report page offers quick and easy access for attendance, roll call and more.
Daily In /Out reports are easily accessible on this page. Detail Reports on door access use along with Absent Reports, Late Reports and Auto In/Out Reports offers details for assorted explanations. The User Status Report and Roll Call/ Fire Report are essential for any users’ current status.
